Our Wines
Like a southern belle, this wine is sometimes brash and bold but always still sweet. The off-dry white wine is bracing with laser sharp citrus acidity followed honey notes on the finish. The Seyval Blanc is sur lie aged 6 months in French oak before blending with Traminette. The blended wine is aged in steel an additional 3 months before bottling. This is a social wine made to share with friends on a warm lazy southern day, while enjoying laughter and a light fare of salads, fish, or mild cheeses.
This classically styled Chardonnay is made from grapes harvested from Autumn Hill’s 30 plus years old vines in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. Barrel fermented and sur lie aged 14 months to bring out notes of toasty French oak and butterscotch. This wine pairs well with Virginia ham and quiches.
Created from Chambourcin grapes harvested early while the grapes still retain fruitiness and sharp acidity. This rosé wine is made in the style of California White Merlot or White Zinfandel. This wine is light colored, slightly sweet, with bold strawberry notes. Caution: this wine may create flash backs to 70’s discos and wine in odd shaped brown bottles.
This dry, light, fragrant red table wine is made using the Italian ripasso methodology. The pressings from the Petit Verdot and Merlot are added into the Chambourcin for an extended maceration and then pressed together. The ripasso method contributes to the wines complexity and color. The wine has a classic Italian style sour cherry flavor with vanilla notes and a touch of youthful green bite on the finish. Pair with Italian dishes, smoky barbequed meats, and hard cheeses.

We believe this wine will create inner peace when paired with good food, family, or friends. This dry red wine starts off with aromas of cherry and chocolate followed by dark ripe fruits on the pallet with a breathy finish. Pair with red meats or cheesy Italian dishes.
